Unfortunately, my imported figure does not have a separate object for the teeth.

Funny enough, based on a request from another Carrara user, I created a new lighting model last night that does exactly that.
How to use it in the Texture room.
What it looks like in the render. The one sphere and the front face of the spline object have the shadows turned down.
It will be part of the next update to Shaders Plus. Right now it's a simple adjust of the shadow intensity.
Something that just turns of shadows completely can be faster and/or there could be an option to tweak the shadow's color. Any thoughts on those other options? Is that something you'd like to see?
Thanks,

plug-ins
Having to purchase a plugin is not my ideal solution. I take it that this means that Carrara cannot do what I seek to do on its own?
(As an aside, I do think that would be a useful function to go into your shader pack.)

I'm working on an animation in C6Pro that has been imported from Poser. Everything is looking great, BUT in part of the animation a shadow is cast weirdly on the figure's teeth, and I'd like for them NOT to receive any shadow that is being cast in the scene (or for them to receive significantly less). Since the teeth are not separate objects from the character, I don't know how to do this.
I tried experiementing with the glow settings, but all that did was give me glowing teeth. In Poser, if I wanted to handle this, for example I simply bump up the "ambient" value a bit with the original texture plugged into it.
Is there a way to achieve the desired results in Carrara? (aside from just moving my lights which otherwise look quite fine where they are).
