Subject: Gallery - posting restrictions?

Browsing the galeries I noticed that someone had posted 3 images, all at the same time.
No complaint about the pics, they were all pretty good, but I thought we were restricted to one image per day (24 hrs).
Have the gallery rules been changed?

Some members (myself included) pay $5.00 per month to be able to upload 3 images per day.  That's probably why.
