***Out in the wilds an ancient ruin has been put to good use. The old stone has been cleaned away and repaired with stout timbers. The shattered gate has been replaced and crude shelters of wood and hide have been erected where once solid barracks and stables stood. The barbarian stockade is no beauty of engineering, nor are its walls as sturdy as the ones that used to stand there, but more viscious men have never stood behind them, nor watched from the high places....
