I was very glad to see this, as I need to update my firmware, and am also interested in the RAW viewer for Windows Explorer.  But when I try to download these from the Canon site, I'm not getting any response, i.e. a pop up window for download or verification that a download occured.  The taskbar states "transferring data..." but nothing happens.  Has anyone else had any problems trying to download from the Canon site recently?
