Subject: Eyebrow Problem...

I thought I'd try posting this here to see if any of the Poser wizards could help me find a solution...

I've been trying to get the eyebrow plate on V4.1 to work. Silly me...

If I just apply the texture normally, it cuts the eyebrows off. See top render

Now, there's a solution to that. I guess Fabi of FK Designs has a work around. You apply the texture and the eyebrows FIRST with limits and IK off, THEN you apply the head morph. That works with normal run of the mill head morphs, but custom morphs....not so good. As you can see in the second render, it moves her eyebrows WAY up on her head, giving her a very surprised and/or insane look.

I've tried moving the texture down, but it seems to have moved the brow plate, because moving it down to where it needs to go moves the textures right off the plate. See third render

I guess what I need is a way to manipulate the eyebrow plate to go and do what I want and need it to do. Anyone have a solution, work around, cheat??

Thanks in advance!!

Laura

o.k., glad to know ya got it fixed.  my method would be to apply a magnet zone
to the eyebrow group, then -ytrans etc.

Well...now DAZ supposedly fixed it with V4.2, but I just used Poser's size tool, moved it to the size and where I needed it then made an INJ for it. Seems to work great. The REM file freaks out makes it about 5 sizes too big and floats it above her head, but I can just turn off the brow plate and not worry about that. :))
