As stated above.  This is of course outside of Poser & a modeling app.  I've looked at the utilities listed here & the list is small & I'm aware things are mis-categorized so need some assistance as to the utilities names.

Technically, all you need is the modeller and Poser but I'd imagine a UVmapper and some sort of paint program would also be pretty much necessary too

A CR2 editing tool like CR2Builder is very handy. CR2Builder is free an can be downloaded here

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter

Eventually you'll want to get Z pad. It does crz's.
