Poser 5, 6, and 7; don't need/use/make them, as they've been replaced by .PNG(Which you can see asThumbnail Peviews of in Windows Explorer....Photoshop can save as .PNG.

But there is a utility you can look for in the Free Stuff, or Google for, called RSR Converter.  It will convert any 91 x 91 pixels ,JPG image, into a .RSR thumbnail for Poser.

P3dO Explorer ( freeware ) can convert rsr <---> png. 

Under Menu Tools Convertrsr2png...
I use this software to convert PNG into RSR and RSR into PNG.
