(looks like that scaly texture isn't part of it, not sure which package that is.)

Yeah, it's just the armor and armor textures. The scaley texture in one of the promo pics is a texture for David.

No, because the actual scales on the ones you linked are nothing like that head texture, Acadia. Look at the forehead of the Scales packages - nothing like it.
