Subject: Order#: 111366005 Zilli Hair

dpanzee ( ) posted Sat, 01 March 2008 at 10:47 PM · edited Mon, 06 January 2025 at 7:00 AM

I just purchased Zilli Hair along with a couple of other products. I d/loaded the others with no problem but when I downloaded Zilli hair the zip file is empty...nothing in there, nada, zip. The name of the file is called "placeholder2_61090.zip". I would appreciate someone providing the right file to download as soon as possible being as I've already paid for it.  I'm a little surprised that this has happened knowing the strict rules and testing procedures. How can you test an empty zip file and move it to the store.  Waiting for a quick response and thanks for any help in this matter.

There is obviously a mixup.  The only explanation I can think of without knowing is that the tester had to get the file they tested from the ftp, and inadvertently forgot to upload the correct zip before releasing it.

I'll contact the tester to get it sorted.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

What I don't understand is if it was a wrong zip, why an empty one?  When will I be able to download the correct file?

This has now been corrected and you can download the corrected zip from your account page.

This was my error and I do apologise. This vendor has problems uploading via the upload form, so she uploaded the product zip via FTP. I downloaded the product from the FTP and tested it, but I neglected to then upload the zip to the product in store, before I released it.

Sorry. 😊
