I made some clothes for Vicky 4. Modeled in Silo, made conforming using WW2. The shirt was no problem, some fiddeling with the joint parameters, it works now.

But the briefs (undies? no idea how you call that right) won't behave. They look awfull when the Tights are bent - and I found not even halfways working parameters. Any help would be appreciated. The picture shows one of the problems.

I know PhilCs tutorials about the joint parameters. I have had no unsolvable problem here - up to now. People who want to help can download the file here:

poser.maredias.de/Briefs.zip

The whole packages will go to freestuff when it's completed. If anyone could find working joint parameters and explain me what I did wrong, I would be quite happy.

You need to add the obj to the zip as poser won't open the cr2 without it.....Steve

Oh, sorry. I will do so when I'm back home - I am at work at the moment. I will post a message here when I'm done.  I thought the geometry would be in the prop file.

Try this:-

Select the clothing
Select the left thigh
Open the joint parameter window
In the top drop down list select "Bend"
Select the outerMatSphere
Change the xTrans dial from 0.096 to 0.095

i.e exclude a little more of the clothing from the blending zone.

Or a quicker fix since there is no pant leg is to simply select the clothing's left thigh and bend it back the other way a little.

Thanks for the comment. I tried thhe change, but that did not help much. Moving the thigh differently would help, but I would like to know what I did wrong. I think I did something wrong in modeling - after all, all clothing conversions I did earlier went well. I don't think I would want to offer it even as a freebie when the joint parameters have that much problems. At the moment I think that the cloth is too close to the model, but I don't know.

I have uploaded a new zip file which does include the obj-file.
