Subject: Regarding Product Reviews

Dear Renderosity Staff,

I wrote an email to you about a week ago on making product reviews and never received an answer.  So I will try asking this way.  Here was the original email:

"I have never made product reviews for the items I have bought in the last two years.  I have finally been able to use some of them and would like to make reviews for them.    How might I go about doing that since the only reviews it is allowing to make are the ones I just bought.  Thank you for your help!  Have a lovely weekend!"

 Thank you for your help in this matter!  I hope you and your families have a lovely Easter!

We sincerely appreciate your patronage at the Renderosity MarketPlace, but unfortunately the product reviews are only available for a limited amount of time.

Not meaning to contradict you, but if one goes into their Account and then Item List and clicks on the product listed, a review can still be left regardless of the time since purchase. I just tested it by leaving a review for a product bought back in December.

hmmm then something has changed, and I apologize for the mis information.  The ability to leave product reviews was for a limited time after purchase (like 3 or 6 months).  Not sure when they changed it to no time limit, but I'll check with the programmers :)

**In the Product Review part under your account it does say the limit is 6 months. I think the  other way may either be a glitch or something they overlooked. So it wasn't really mis information. That was why I said I wasn't trying to contradict you. I just figured you may not have known of this method. smiles
