I am showing that you are able to download your products. If you are having a problem with a product you are suppose to contact the vendor for produc support and if they do not get back to you within 2-3 business days, then contact us so we can contact the vendor on your behalf.

Thank you so much, she is working now. I had re downloaded from my account several times and she wasnt working, and the vendor and I have been sending emails back and forth.
