Subject: populating an ecosystem

 I have Vue 6 Esprit with the Ecosystem module, but for some reason I'm unable to adjust the 'presence' option under the Ecosystem Population section.

what do i do to turn it on? :/

Probably your ecosystem distribution is being driven with a function. Check if the little lightning near "Random", in the "Distribution" section, is on. If it is on, that's indeed the reason. To remove the function from the distribution, just click on the lightning. To edit the distribution function, click on the little triangle to the right of "Random".
