Subject: Please Reset my Quick Conform 3 Downloads

I am having a technical issue with downloading this product I have just bought. Yesterday, I kept clicking the link, and I would hear a clicking sound, but the product was not downloading. So I clicked it again and again and finally, I got a message saying I had reached the lmit of allowed downloads!

I have not yet downloaded it sucessfully and I now believe this issue was caused by a pending computer restart following the installation of a Microsoft Office service release.

So please reset for me.
