Im kinda curious about what you were trying to achieve with him.  I'd like to know before I give feedback.  To me all his parts look pretty cute.  The only thing on him I think lacks is probably the eye area - I think that you could do a little better on those.

It's the nightmare. I don't remember well how it was. It was something round, dark with antennas and and a nose like the antennas. It had very long thin arms endending with tentacles.
A big mouth and  had no hair instead his face was like a beard not shaved for several days.
The eyes don't remember or if existed.

Anyway I failed, he is not scary. Something is wrong with the shoulders, don't look good and no matter what I tried you cannot see the nose.
The mouth is also a fracass.

Well for scary things you usually don't wanna give them huge cute eyes heh. Or else make the eyes bloody red or glow green and then you'll have something :)

And as for the mouth, i'm thinking some fangs, maybe a huge tongue or a human hand or 2 sticking out from the side could fix that...

looks like Attack of the Killer Coconuts...;) It's a pretty good figure (creating actual figures is way beyond me...;), but it doesn't look that scary. Still, you never can have too many figures...

Try lowering the shoulders/arms so they don't appear to be coming out of the ears.

A different mouth, certainly not smiling, would help.

Maybe darker eyes or eyes on eye stalks.
