Here's the latest deepsea mech, I still have to totally rework the pinchers with much bigger more mechlike pinchers, and rotation joints on the legs. Ken

Looks cool. I could see a nice joint at the pincher though. Like the texture on the texture part even though it is a bit too pastel for my taste S

thanks for the comments guys, the claws(when finished) will look nothing remotely even close to what is pictured here(trust me, they will rock, or my name isnt FastTraxx..wait a sec, my name isnt FastTraxx anymore..DOH!) but they will definatly be cool.

Completely awesome. i am SO reminded of a truly beautiful anime series, Blue Sub 6. It's for sale in the US--rent, borrow, or buy if you can. They use a fair amount of 3d mixed into the conventional animation style, and it rocks. Much underwater coolness therein, and sea-creatures attacking the land. :^)
