Love the way you've modeled the shoulders and arms. Not sure about the hands, they look a bit too  aquatic-bird like I think. It also looks like he could use a dorsal fin on his back and some fin-like features on the arms, but you probably haven't gotten to those details yet, something tells me you get that kinda detail stuff done once you're in ZBrush...

I agree with the hands they look too much like duck feet. I personally (if I could model as well as Teyon) would go with  not as much webbing between the hands if they are to be functional. But that is just my opinion.

Couldn't agree more. That's why I've held dev on this guy. I likely will come back to him to correct the hands and rethink the lower half.
