Subject: failure with payment through paypal

Hi I just had an order which I was paying through PayPal, but it didn’t go through, some glitch in the system, now I have an order outstanding and I’m not sure how to go about finalizing it. Should I just buy the product again and forget about the out standing or is there a way of completing it.

The order number is 111399110
