I just received the ebot for the R'osity newsletter, however I haven't gotten any other ebots for the entire day for comments and favs for my recent gallery posting or for postings from my favorite artists.  I'm getting other emails , so I'm wondering if it might be on your end.

Still not getting any R'osity ebots from Fav Artists posting or comments on my gallery post.
I checked my profile and the email info is correct - so I don't know what's going on?
Any suggestions.  Carol

Unfortunately on Thursdays when the big newsletter push is happening, there is usually a delay on ebots getting to your inbox

Thank you for responding. I've been without ebots from R'osity for almost two days now which seems rather long. Never happened before. Carol

Hmmm, it started happening before today?

Let me know if it continues through tomorrow and we'll do some research and see if we can find out what the deal is

Hi Stacey,
Still not getting any ebots notifying me of comments to my gallery posting, or ebots from my favorite artists postings. Would really appreciate it if you would check into it.  Thanks. Carol

What was the fix? I haven't been receiving ANY of the favorite artists emails in weeks now.

In hotmail, I checked my options, going to safe and blocked senders, and discovered that  my ebot@renderosity.com had somehow gone from my safe folder to my blocked folder. Have no idea how or why this happened but it did. So I put it back in my safe folder and began getting ebots again.   I did hear there was some kind of virus that might have done this, but i'm on a Mac and am not usually effected by this. Anyway, after much effort in trying to locate the problem, it was a simple fix. Hope this helps you. Carol
