They do now.  Also, now there is a way to use Paypal on any site, not just those that accept it.  There is a small plug-in you can DL from the Paypal site which sits in your browser and if you need to pay for something on a site that doesn't specifically accept paypal, you can use this utility to generate a one time only credit card number which will draw directly from Paypal as if you were using Paypal normally.  The card can be either used for a one time payment, or you can opt for a direct one that would operate like a debit card number.  This comes in real handy for the small minority of folks out there who have Paypal but either do not have a CC or just don't like using it online.  Paypal doesn't charge any extra for the service either.  Just check out their site for more info.  I use it extensively for purchases online rather than hand out my CC number.  The fact that the number is only good for the one transaction definitely makes one feel more secure using it.

Thanks Sparrownightmare, I'll check that out! I tend to avoid sites that don't accept Paypal these days. After having to shut down 2 credit cards I use Paypal for almost ALL of my online purchases. Dispite the few bad things I've heard about them I;ve always had a good experience.

Same here and like I said, since you don't need to give a permanent CC number, it's great.  Even if someone did grab the CC number, it souldn't do them any good.  Oh teh, the plug in has one other minor benefit.  On about 70% of the e commerce sites, it will automatically fill in your billing address info and such.  Saves time...

You might want to consider upgrading then.  It's really worth it.

Won't just, simply, going through an ordering process at DCG, following all the Paypal proceedures there, sort it all out anyway?

I have never been "official" at paypal!--each time I buy I am "new"!

DCG is very simple using Payal, my problem is with the stores that dont accept paypal...

Unfortunately I don't have the budget for the GCD stuff.  I just have to make do without it.  C6 itself ate my entire budget for software for about the next 100 years.

one idea for you: create stuff for Carrara and sell then! Shaders, scenes, textures and objects... here and at Renderosity and you will get some money to buy more things.

Actually I am putting together a themes set of models to do that with.  If you look at my gallery, my last image "A Stormy Day At The Shore", has a lighthouse that will be the first part of the collection I put online.  It's very detailed and I'm just doing some last minute tweaking on it now.

Will do.  After the lighthouse, I plan on doing an old style victorian Sea Side Hotel.

Well Renderosity finally put the new lighthouse model as active yesterday.  So it is now available at my store here.  I am actually pretty happy with the way it came out.  I will be working on a new Victorian Seaside hotel next.  I'll start a new thread when that one is farther along so we don't get this one confused.

Will do.  The hotel is going to take a long time though.  It's going to be even more detailed than the lighthouse, and the lighthouse is so detailed that you can see each little rivet holding parts together.

I hope to see more renders from it.
