How to load texture from a disk in laboratory of materials Bryce?

 Are you talking about Bryce .MAT files?
If so, open the Material Presets by clicking the little arrow next to the word Edit at the top of the Bryce Interface.
Select a category from the list on the left.
Hit the Import button at the bottom of the Presets and locate your .MAT file in the File Selector.
