Subject: Quick question about particles 2 and 3 by poserworks

would particles 2 which is for p5 and p6 work on poser 7?

particles 3 says it works on p7 does it need particles 2 as a pre requisite or it can stand alone?

You have to use the version that supports the version of Poser your using (because the scripts are compiled, and the Python versions are different between P5/P6 and P7).

AFAIK, Particles 3 doesn't require Particles 2 unless your buying the upgrade.

thanks nruddock. Would particles created through them also work in DAZ when imported?

This is insane. What's the sense of having particles 2 then if you have a much later version of poser?! Let's say I got Poser 5 and did the particles there and reopened it in Poser 7, would it load or an error will occur?
