 Hi, everyone! I am trying to export an image of my work to a .psd file, with a solid black background rather than gray and the grid around the character, Could someone please explain how I can use Firefly and output this kind of image?

You can't export as a .psd file.  You have to export as a .png and then composite in Photoshop using a black background and then layering the .png over the background.

To render over black, go to the render options and choose "Render over Black".

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

just to confirm, the OS X versions can also export a psd file with alpha channel,
but only 1 layer AFAIK.  hence one could export as tiff with the same result.
