A question for the staff:

I have two accounts here on Rendo. The main account (this one) is used for everything (forum, galleries, etc. etc) EXCEPT for the marketplace. The second account is used just for purchases because it has credit card information associated to it.

Now, I'd like to "kill" this second account, actually useless, and "transfer" my credit card info to the first so I can purchase items, make and receive gifts with my "real" name, etc. etc.

I cannot simply purchase a "name change" item because the "new name" is already existing. And I am afraid that trying simply to make a purchase with my main account, the system would refuse it because the credit card number is already associated to the second account.

Is there a way to achieve this?

 it'd be great if that could be done.
i have 2 other accounts that i used years ago when i first joined renderosity , then when i decided to become a vendor i created this account cause the name suited me .........and name change option was an option back then....

Hi Giorgio,

We don't currently have a facility to do this. However, if you want to simply start purchasing on this account, you can do that - we would need to verify your card information on the first purchase, but after that you'd be fine.
