Subject: Good tutorial on human anatomy for modelers

hi,

Just for your info. A new tutorial is going to be released
dedicated to modeling the human figure, muscles and muscle groups.
Good for any 3D app, including Poser.

I bestatested for this tutorial for several months and it is going to be
one of the best tutorials available for this topic.

also, I would like to find a good book for anatomy, but one dedicated
to 3D artists. Any suggestions?
