Subject: Compression in Flash?

How good is the compression in a Flash movie as compared to Sorenson or Indeo5? I want to post some animations to the web, which are currently 300-500 KByte Quicktime movies. I'm thinking of buying the ProPack because of its Flash support. Can I expect similar sizes when rendered to Flash?

Flash Audio and Picure/Video compression are selectable and in my experience is very good, depending of coarse on the amount of compression you have selected.
