Subject: Shark Ad banner

Whats up with the shark ad banner at the top of my screen? Is that a new product or something?

The reason I ask is because when I click on the ad banner, nothing happens. It doesn't redirect me to that merchants store as usual.

It's been showing up for a long time... and, as far as I know, it hasn't worked.
