Subject: Cannot find file. Please help

I started working on this image, it is not finished and decided to try again.  I cannot find the file because I can't remember the character's name.  It is for the ball joint doll.  Can anyone give me a clue as to what her name is and where to find it?  I kept getting the name Juni.  When I search It turns up nothing.  Here is the image I started.  Thanks in advance for the help.  Her name is not Alan Alda. Hehe.
