Subject: Problem with order #111454574

Kattey ( ) posted Sat, 30 August 2008 at 3:03 PM · edited Thu, 07 November 2024 at 5:52 AM

Greetings.
I have the problem with order #111454574.
I had a store credit $12.95 from which $12 I had applied to that order (along with today's voucher). During checkout it applied even when I had input the CC - so I was very suprized when on the final bill those $12 weren't applied at all and still deducted from my account, so I have only $0.95 . left. Coupon applied normally. Please, clarify if I lost those $12 for nothing.

Sincerely,
Kattey

Hi,

I am checking on this for you. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear back from the Marketplace Manager to find out what happened??

Thank you

Hi,

Okay the 12.00 instore credit amount was applied correctly, it was the 12.69 coupon amount that wasn't deducted properly so I have credited back your credit card in the amount of the coupon discount 12.69

Thanks and sorry for th inconvenience

Err... are you sure? In Renderosity summary bill I see coupon as applied for full: total order was $50.74 and I got charged of  $38.05, which is excactly 75% with 25% of coupon discount.  I mean, I very appreciate that, but I don't want to cause false losses -_-

Sincerely,
Kattey

WOW, you are exactly right. Dang two of us looked at it but we looked at the wrong total lol.  Okay your card was charged $26.05 which is exactly right.. The order receipt summary can sometimes be confusing. The totoal order with no discounts was 50.74, then minus the 12.69 discount, 38.05 then you paid 12.00 instore credit and your card was charged 26.05.

I have already done the credit so I can't undo that but it was our mistake for reading the summary wrong.

Sorry

Thanks
Stacey

I still don't see where this instore credit was applied but as you say that there was a mistake, I made a new order to bring those back $12 into your system. If this is not enough I can delete Eris (price $12.60) from previous order and never use it.

Sincerely,
Kattey

Your card was charged only 26.05 and with the coupon discount only being 12.69 the other 12.00 was the instore credit used for this order.

And no worries on the accidental credit I applied to your credit card. It was our mistake for missing the 12.69 discount that was applied when researching this but everything was taken out as it should have been.

So in summary it looked like this

Total order was 50.74
   minus coupon discount  12.69
Makes the new total 38.05

payment was made of
instore credit applied 12.00
Credit card charge 26.05

Hope this helps explain in detail.

Thanks
