I use lightroom 2, upgraded from v1. So far the dual monitor compatability is great and the gradient effects are helpful as well since I dont have any graduated filters.

As far as developing images, it far surpasses CS2's raw file developing (which is the photoshop version I use) so everything I shoot, makes a pass through Lightroom first, then into CS2.
