I have been trying to learn Bryce for a long time and have read forums, done tutorials and read Real Worl Bryce 4 abot 3 times now over the last 4 to 5 years.  I have finally managed to do a render that I am willing to let someone else see.  Believe me, everything up to now has been really ugly.  This is the link to the image in my gallery  http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1748339&member

Good one, as Ang says, it's good you never really gave up...looking forward to your next.. ...

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Jeez Talk about research! Nobody reads the manual.
Well it's a very nice image, but please please please don't stop there. Bryce is not just a landscaper!

That sounds like a familiar story - I think a lot of people have been there. Perseverance pays off though, as you've found, and this forum is a great place to get help and advice too. Nice start, don't go giving up again!

Been trying to think what Id do with it. Some debris, maybe, a barrel bobbing about  in the waves bottom left. Why did it sink? Perhaps a suggestion of a rock close to the surface. Or a victorious enemy sailing off. Or a sea monster! Its a good pic, Nice and simple and none the worse for that. Now youve got the first one out of the way I bet you go on to do some really good stuff. Keep at it and come here for advice and before long youll be giving it rather than asking for it.
