Is there a way to make fire from scratch in Poser 7?

Or am I limited to post processing it with PhotoShop?

You can include fire props in your Poser render, such as the attached product. I have not tried it yet.

So... no, you are not limited to post work for fire.

That looks geat, but I was really looking for a way of doing it myself... more as a learning excersize than anything else.

I was kinda hoping there would be a material node combination or something that would do it.

That product really looks the part, and it mentions Python scripts.... anyone know if this is the only solution?

I really would like scratch made flames :D

Actually, the fire props for Poser are actually models of fire shapes, that are textured. Transmaps give it the shape of flames.
