Subject: animation rendering weirdness

hello,

i'm rendering an animation sequence as image sequence, and for some reason Poser (7) skips some frames!
and i can't find a pattern. i'm missing 22 frames in a 129 frame sequence, and they's no pattern that i can see in what frames are missing.
i'm rendering 11 scenes on 2 computers - this is happening on both computers and in different scenes.

anyone has any idea what's going on?

Take a look on your movie settings make sure the Timespan>Increment and put a dot on "All Frames".

i think the flickering shadow might be because i saved the files as png's.
is there a way to save it transparent without getting the flickering effect?

I came to your site and downloaded the male textures for V3. I cried and screamed in disappointment when I realized there are obvious seams on the neck and arms or perhaps more.

right.
well, this has nothing to do with this specific thread, but here's an answer:
this was the first texture i made. mind you - i didn't even make it, i just made it compatible with V3. i did not work on the seams - it was my first breebie ever. obviously, i would not release a pack like this today, even not as a freebie.
having said that, i do not wish to either rework on this freebie nor removie it. :) you're welcome to rework the seams if you like, i'm happy to pot that as a freebie in my site.

and - about the flickering shadow, so far it seems that if i save it as TGA it saves the transparency with no flichering shadow (still rendering, though).

make all lites non-animating, just in case one of 'em jumps in one frame.
unless ya want them to move.
check if the shadow problem is on a background prop or plane, or on the ground plane.
