Subject: posing symetry

Hello!

Im trying to pose my model,.....I want both left and right side of my model to be on exact pose,....so im wondering if there is posing symetry or something to pose both poser sides same time,.....

Menu  => figure  => symetry => right to left / left to right
Repeat in each keyframe

Use the appropriate Figure | Symmetry submenu item to transfer the pose from one side of the figure to the other.
