Hi. I'm trying to gather some info about order 111481756 . I'm not getting any response through email, and when I called on Monday, I was told I would hear something "very soon." I'm don't mean to sound impatient or demanding, I was just wondering if someone could contact me by phone or email in the next day or two to communicate information about the situation with me? I would very much like to know more about the status of this issue.
