How can I get M4 loaded into Mimic and work. I made a mimic loaded phonemes, and put in into the Face folder. I also made a Mimic Characture in the CR2 Daz People folder. and also have a Mimic file to inject just all the facial expression, referend it as Mimic injections. I checked each out in Poser to make sure they were working before going any further.
When I open Mimic, I load the Audio file, next the text file. then next step is a configureation file. which tells Mimic how to assign the phonemes to the model, ( DMC extentions.) *"I never got a response at DAZ, so I'll try here," *There Mimic tutorial says there is one for each major Millennium figure. There is none for M4. It says if you don't have a configuration file for the figure you're using, then use a configuration file that is designed for a less advanced figure. I chose M3.
I then loaded my Characture (CR2) file form my Poser Library, then clicked OK. This is were the Problem is from her on. When I open the Characture file, I get this message. The file "biMilMan_m4b.obj" cannot be found. do you want to find it now. No matter which way I try to find him throught the OBJ's or Characture, I get a message. "Can't find" So this is where my problem is.
I go ahead and start my animation in Mimic 3, the head moves nice but the most important "Lips" don't move.
Where do I go from here to get it working.
