I'm looking for a pair of shoes with the proportions of what's in the picture provided above. A high heeled shoe that's well, high, and a little stubby in the front/ a short ball toe area. I'd prefer to see them to be closed toe, or at least to have that option though trans settings or something. 

Also, the general feel I'm looking for is a shoe that isn't too far beyond what you'd see on the shelves today, but that would also find a home in some future/sci-fi setting. Simple and subtle effects like the use of seams/lines in unorthodox places could help sell this aspect of it. I'd prefer not to have buckles or straps attached to the shoe, just something simple, a high heeled shoe from 2020 perhaps...

If at all possible adding the "legs length" and "foot size" morphs for V4 would also be a plus.
