im doing one right now with 2 of them ... so its possible.. and i moved them and scaled them too...

So something screwes it up.. i do uncheck all the pose in vue options and collapse same textures etc etc...  i made the setup in poser...

when i try to use pose in Vue it goes BANG with memory ..8GB ...

Yea I'm using 8 Gig too!
I'll try him on his own, see if it's the overall scene he's in that screws it!!

No problem here.  I just imported him from Daz Studio to V7 Infinite:

Loaded him on his own, loaded atmo, moved the sun a bit and...............boom!!! Crashed again!

I think... you better Reset your M4 download at DAZ.... it had some updates lately ..

maybe that will fix it...

And again in Vue6 this time, the other was in Vue7.
This time, clicking the preview window crashed it!

Works fine for me P7->V6-> SkinVue6. Posted one a few days ago and I'm working on another now, no problems. It must be something personal M4 has against you :(
Re-downloading may be useful anyhow, they fixed him twice.

I'll re-download tomorrow, can't be bothered now, it's bed time!!

Just tried loads of other figures from V3, V4, Olivia, Miki2, Tuyoko, Eroko etc. etc. all work fine without crashing the app., try HIM again and ..............you guessed it.............Boom!!!!!

I've had no problems with M4 in Vue 7.   Just a couple of silly thoughts:

Are you loading M4 with the same texture each time that Vue crashes (could be that the texture is eating your available memory) or the same costume/props/hair?

No props involved and I have 8Gig of RAM so memory shouldn't be an issue but the texture could be the problem, I'll give it a try!
Thanx!

Good call Impish, it seems it was the texture [Beck], changed it to a Hi-Res one believe it or not and it worked a treat!! Thanx! I need to look at that tex and see if it needs adjusting somewhere!

see if any of the textures are indexed PNG files - Vue chokes big time on them.  Convert to RGB and you'll be good to go

Frank, I've had that issue before on something, Vue also sometimes has probs with 8 bit textures too, changing those to 16 bit worked on that particular one, that was a tip of someone else here!!
