Subject: Top left-hand corner of Firefly renders have "imprints" that shouldn't be there

Hello All,

I've looked around for an answer to my problem but not found one so I'm hoping someone here knows the solution.
Basically when I do a render in Firefly, sometimes I'll get these annoying articles appear in the first top left-hand render box. When I say render box, what I mean is when Firefly renders, it chugs away rendering in squares from the top left to the bottom right until the image is complete. It is always the very top left-hand square (the first box to get rendered) that has this problem.

It is an imprint-type interference from another part of the 3D scene. For example if my scene has a brick wall in it, the first render box will imprint bits of this wall and basically mess up the corner of my image. I hope people here know what I mean.

Is there a solution to this problem? Changing the settings manually doesn't seem to help much.

This is a well-known problem, especially for those of us who use building
interiors.  For me anyway, it was fixed decisively by SR3.  Have you installed SR3 yet?

Yes, it's a common problem, and it's even worse if you are rendering with multiple processors.  It makes more then one messed up box.

Patch up your stuff, definatly.  But if you still have a problem, I have noticed that the problem was mostly caused by geometry existing BEHIND the camera.  If I turned off that geometry, the bad boxes went away.
