Subject: Problem extracting a file. Help!

Hi. I purchased Radiance for Nymph Hair. The zip is Lilly_Nymph_71233.zip Order #111503035 on December 5, 2008. I am trying to use Win Zip to extract the file. I also tried WinRar with no luck. I have downloaded the file 3 times. So will probably be out of downloads now. :-(( I was very anxious to use this. Dang it. I use Windows XP. I purchased lots of other items the same day...extracted all without problems. Can you please help me??
