Subject: Having Proplems Downloading from SHARECG

I am having problems downloading free items from SHARECG. In the past I never had and issues doing so - does one have to have an account and log-in? I am quite confused, can any one help be out.

There were some problems simply accessing the site yesterday and as of last night, it was working fine.

I have also had problems with them, finally gave up and don't go there anymore.

i like that place pulls small files pretty well
but i was downloading those new bvh's only 8 to 14 megs and that place would only download one at a time.
grrr.

firefox has an issue with sharecg, internet explorer less so.

Thats always been the case.
Almost certainly a bandwidth/server load control measure.

I'd suspect a problem with either some of the Flash or external ads.
Have you tried with scripting turned off, or better yet with scripting disallowed by NoScript ?

only problem I've had is getting the download to start. usually if you wait a few sec., it'll start.
