Quote - Is there a way to check the syntax in the PZ3 file?
Setup a simple scene with a small hair simulation, run the sim and save the scene.
You should then be able to see where and how the DYN file is referred to.
Provided you have a text editor capable of opening the PZ3 you want to fix, you shouldn't have any trouble editing in the necessary info.

After letting my dynamic hair simulation run thru the week-end I accidentally deleted the hair object from the scene after having saved the file. Since I had already saved the file i thought all was good. Well, I closed Poser and opened it again but no luck the file won't show dynamics in the hair. I can see my DYN file is still on my hard drive but the hair stays static. I was able to see the simulation before I erased the hair but now somehow the PZ3 file is not reading the information in the DYN file, even though I never saved after deleting the hair object. Is there a way to check the syntax in the PZ3 file? The dynamic hair files are 34 & 38MB right hair and left hair.
