What is the proper path to send a downloaded file into the Poser 7 library?

The best way is to save the .zip or .rar file to an empty folder, and extract it there. Then just drop or cut and paste the extracted Runtime folder on top of your Runtime of choice (if using external Runtimes) or the main Poser 7 Runtime.

Now, if it's an older file and/or doesn't include the Runtime structure, you need to place the files in their proper folders (geometries, libraries, character, poses, props, etc).

If you use the download/install option within Poser, you might have some problems if the freebie isn't in the proper Runtime format.
