yes i was looking through the flickr site ..and i came across this pic and wass wondering how she did it ..so i left a message for the audience inside the photshop forum and they said its an vargas action .and to ask you guys for more guidance...so here i am ...im just wondering if you can recommend any software of sites which would be helpful as to give me tips on how to acquire this type of effect with photoshop..i asked this girl and she said she did it inside photoshop so is there any software you can recommend either in here or outside or any other info so i can try and learn this...this is a 2d avie from teh virtual game called sl...thanks http://www.flickr.com/photos/20504983@N04/3091156895/in/photostream/

well, if you have Photoshop, it could be brushes, actions, filters, there's thousands out there.

If you don't have Photoshop, look for a program called the Gimp. it's free, and has the ability to do a lot of Photoshop-like actions.

I believe that BagginsBill has a Matmatic Vargas Mt5 or MC6 file as well.
