yes i was wanting to know if you guys think its worth 100 dollars to join...does it have alot of tutorials on that site ..and also do they have a store where i can purchase textures and stuff

I think you are referring to NAPP, National Association of Photoshop Professionals. They do charge $100/year membership. I did belong to that group for one year and decided I could better spend the money on a good book devoted to PS (whatever version) for a lot less cost.

 i was a member for quite a few years and found it to be well worth the money.

my membership recently ended and the company whom i work, has decided to not to renew it.  i did not budget it and with a daughter in college i don''t see it in next years budget either.

as a business expense, i'm all for it, but i don't work for myself anymore.

like anything else, you get out of it whatever you put into it, if you sign up and plunk down your hard earned coin but don't read through the mag or bother to login to the NAPP site, or even take advantage to any of their seminars, than even if it were free, it wouldn't be worth the money.
