does anyone know how to switch a rar into a zip in winrar, I need help

One of 2 ways, open winrar.  Select your winrar file to convert.  Go to Tools in the task bar and select Convert archives from the pull-down menu.  Click on the Compression button and select zip on the radio button.  Click ok, ok and the conversion occurs.
The second way, open the winrar file, go to Tools as above, Convert archives, and you should see the file to convert under 'Archives to convert'.  If you do not see the file name and it is only one file to convert, tick 'rar(1)' under 'Archive types'.  Click the Compression button as above. 
And you're all set.
