You may want to use the inventory python script to note where all the geometry and texture files are. Kind of a pain but...
Another (easier) method is to read your cr2 or prop files with Wordpad (or someother editor) and check for support file names and paths. It's plain hard work to manage a Runtime folder.

I highly recommend Poser File Organizer. it will grab all the files that belong together and you can move them wherever you want. its really the easiest way to reorganize runtimes.Thanks wdupre, I might just look into that. I keep a database with all (ALL) of the stuff I've downloaded over the years. When I load something into Poser I track the geometries and texture folders for later reference. I also keep track of the author (maker of the model or texture). I pretty much know what's installed and where it's installed to.
File Organizer sounds like a great utilty. I'd like to do a complete over haul of my runtime. I've stuff in there I never use ...

Depending how old your content is and how current your Poser version, you can delete rsr files if png files are present in the same folders. These files create the icons you see in the Poser Library. I believe Poser 6 (or possible version 5) switched formats, so you really don't require both formats to be present. For older files retaining the rsr format alone, D/L a free version of P3DO Explore. It can easily convert the rsr to png and delete them at the push of a button. No need for redundant files cluttering your folders.
I'm still using Poser 6. There's a lot of old content rattling around in my Runtime. Not sure about the RSR files. I know some just contain (obselete) thumb information but thought some of the rsr files were nessessary.
I've kind of settled in with the Runtime I developed some time ago. I don't make too many changes to the texture or geometry folders and moving the library files isn't that big of a deal. I've also backed up whole Runtimes to an external drive.
One thing that bothers me about version 6 -- and I'm pretty sure Poser 7 fixed the issue -- is that geometry has to be the Poser/Runtime folder. You make sets of Runtime libraries but Poser 6 (and earlier) will always seek the .OBJ files in the primary Runtime. Textures maybe recursive -- the files don't have to be in a stick place -- but geomtry does.
I kind of wish they'd have just have put the .OBJ files in with their CR2s or prop files in the libraries. I know when you use the python script to inventory AND COPY FILES TO A FOLDER things work great. Maybe I should just backup whole scenes I like to use and whole characters to their own folders ...

Okay what I decided to do here boys is I removed Poser ( Poser Pro ) :( and I am going to reloaded it. The Reason I needed to do this is a Aquired 3D Studio Max with Vray from a reseller. Someone needed the Money and I was not sure about the space I was going to need... so I am exceited..I will be putting Poser Back in but with out all the unessasary crap..
I wish there was a way to manage those runtimes better..Ok I am sure there is.....But I am out of fun money for now....LOL

Okay I need to make somespace on my hard drive and I reliezed that there are something within Poser that I do not use any more. If I delete those on the Poser interface does it also delete the folder and materials etc... So I wouldn't have to go in Manually to delete the folders in the program/ Runtime files...I hope I am clear with this question? Thanks for you help
