Two things to check.. make sure you are Rendering in Final Mode. OpenGL on some systems (Preview Rendering) will show some textures White... I forget the reason, but I thought the latest Drivers resolved that, so you may want to make sure you are up to date on your Driver for your Video Card.
You can always check to make sure the Texture was applied by going to the Material Room. Some Products that used Material Collections to create MAT Poses have an error in the PZ2 File which can cause the Texture to not correctly apply to the Product. This can happen with more than just Hair Products.

Sometimes when I try to change the hair prop color I click on the new color and nothing happens. At other times the hair renders totally white. It only happens occasionally. For some reason the hair is not accepting the new color texture. What is going on here?
