The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science...
Thanks guys:) I know there are a ton of them out there, but they are not all good/useful and it could mean hours of surfing:) Was hoping for some good recommendations from the folks here:)
Good news and bad news...
Good news - www.photoshopuser.com
Bad news - you'll need a membership and it's $99
Tutorials galore on any version of subject you'd care to learn, as well as a monthly magazine with tips and tricks, advice, and cool tutorials. Yes, I'm a member.
Otherwise, I'd suggest Getting a few books depending on what version of photomanipulation you want:
"I've Got a Human in My Throat" - the folks at Worth1000.com: (bizarre manipulation)

"Welcome to Oz" - Vincent Versace: (elegant and effective manipulation)

"Surreal Digital Photography" - Barry Huggins: (back to bizarre!)

I always thought some of the stuff at this site was pretty good. :)Your friendly neighborhood Wings3D nut.
Also feel free to browse my freebies at ShareCG.
There might be something worth downloading.
There's a lot of places out there that you don't have to pay for to get your toes wet doing photo manips. Good Tutorials <<(click here) is a good resource.
Once you get the feel for blending your images and finding good sources of images and textures, the sky's the limit. I just recently finished one that sits on my homepage & I plan to do a few more just for fun. :)
Good luck!
