Hello Rosity staff.

I placed Order#: 111554558 on march 20th, 2009.
One of the products, DM's Legends, I could not download successfully since I used up all 3 attempts trying to download it. (I am in hospital right now and access the internet via mobile phone, which sadly only provides an unreliable connection.)

Could I please get e reset on this specific product?
